Service Overview

Botzaps provides an AI-powered chatbot SaaS (“the Service”) that enables customers to integrate automated support and knowledge base responses into their websites. By using the Service, you (“you,” “your,” “Customer”) agree to these Terms.

Accounts & Subscriptions

• To use Botzaps, you must create an account.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly.

• Monthly plans: eligible for a full refund during the first month (no questions asked).

• Yearly plans: non-refundable.

• You may cancel anytime; access will remain until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate laws or regulations.

• Upload or share harmful, malicious, or infringing content.

• Harass, abuse, or mislead others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service.

AI Limitations

Botzaps uses third-party AI (e.g., OpenAI) to generate responses. We do not guarantee accuracy or availability.

• The Service may produce incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate responses.

• You remain responsible for reviewing answers before relying on them.

Refunds & Payments

• Monthly plans: first month refundable in full.

• Yearly plans: non-refundable.

• Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

Liability & Disclaimers

• No liability for indirect damages, including lost revenue, lost customers, or reputational harm.

• Maximum liability: limited to the total subscription fees you paid in the last three (3) months.

• The Service is provided “as is,” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Italy, unless otherwise required by law.
